A homemaker and resident of Baton Rouge, she passed away at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 61 and a native o St. Francisville. Visiting at Scott's Bluff Morticians, 8546 Scenic Hwy., on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Dennis Lawrence. Survived by her husband, Robert "Pete" Johnson; daughters, Shonica, Shakata and Fanlisha Johnson; son, Demetric D. Johnson; sisters, Alcenia (Frank) Jackson, Minister Shirley (Leother) Dupas, Bernice Robertson, all of Baton Rouge, Suzie (Leon) Bailey, St. Francisville; brothers, Samuel (Lasondra) Hampton, Houston, James Hampton, Ponchatoula, and Charlie (Audrey) Hampton and James (Annette) Smith, all of New Orleans, Robert Hampton and Leonard Hampton, both of St. Francisville, and Jimmie (Ruby) Hampton of Baton Rouge; dear friend, Victonina Robertson; and six grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, John Hampton and Georgiana Cutney Parker; and niece, Melissa Robertson.
